Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and complete customer Job Orders from Order Acceptance through final dispatch of materials.

• Plan and coordinate all order execution activities, including engineering, procurement, production, inspection, documentation, and dispatch.

• Coordinate with clients and consultants, along with the Sales team, for submission and approval of drawings and technical documents.

• Address and resolve technical queries and issues with clients/consultants to expedite approvals and project execution.

• Coordinate internally with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely completion of orders.

• Monitor project schedules and follow up on procurement and manufacturing activities to ensure committed delivery timelines are met.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for final material inspection.

• Ensure completion of inspection requirements, documentation, and dispatch clearance.

• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, technical approvals, inspections, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure all contractual and customer requirements are addressed throughout the execution of the order.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in an industrial equipment manufacturing company.

• Experience in weighing systems, industrial automation, material handling, or similar engineering equipment will be preferred.

• Good understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, procurement, inspection, and project/order execution.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, consultants, third-party inspectors, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/order management systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, production, project, and support positions.
• Coordinate onboarding, induction, documentation, and employee exit processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll inputs, compensation administration, and employee benefits.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns professionally.
• Coordinate performance reviews, appraisals, promotions, and employee development initiatives.
• Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
• Organize employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower data, recruitment reports, and management information.

Candidate Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
• Relevant HR experience, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, EPC, construction, or industrial environment.
• Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with engineers, technicians, project teams, management, and support staff.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and HRMS / payroll systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

• Pan-India Field Commissioning: Travel to various project sites across India to execute site acceptance testing (SAT), I/O checking, loop testing, and cold/hot commissioning. 
• PLC Logic Deployment: Assist senior engineers in loading, modifying, and testing PLC programs using ABB software (Control Builder / Compact Product Suite) on-site.
• HMI / SCADA Configuration: Update and modify operator screens, mimic graphics, and process alarms directly on-site to match field modifications. 
• On-Site Troubleshooting: Diagnose wiring errors, instrument calibration faults, and network connectivity issues (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet) on the plant floor.
• Project Documentation: Maintain precise I/O lists, daily site logs, loop sheets, and "as-built" electrical drawings to ensure seamless project handovers. 

Requirements :

• Foundational ABB Knowledge: Basic project experience or formal training with ABB AC500 or AC800M hardware and engineering software.
• Drawing Literacy: Competency in reading and interpreting Electrical Schematics, P&IDs, and Control Panel wiring diagrams.
• Field Device Familiarity: Basic understanding of integrating field devices such as VFDs, smart transmitters, control valves, and sensors.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable working in diverse, heavy industrial plant environments away from home for extended project durations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanical design engineers across multiple simultaneous bulk material handling projects.
• Equipment Design : Oversee the structural and mechanical design of customized material handling equipment, with specialized expertise in belt weigh feeders, belt feeders, screw feeders, vibrating feeders, and shuttle conveyors.
• Engineering Calculations : Conduct and verify calculations for system sizing, drive selection, shaft and bearing life, and structural integrity.
• Design Standards : Ensure all designs and 2D/3D deliverables comply with relevant Indian and international engineering standards (IS, CEMA). 
• Design Approval : Coordinate with consultant and end user to obtain approval for drawings and design calculations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate with production, procurement, and site erection teams to ensure manufacturability and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.

Requirements :

• 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in the mechanical design of bulk material handling systems and conveyor equipment.
• B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution. 
• Deep hands-on knowledge of designing belt weigh feeders, screw feeders, vibrating feeders, shuttle conveyors, and associated transfer chutes.
• Strong grasp of CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS ) and specialised sizing software (e.g. Belt Analyst ).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
